A/C（assist control）ではバックアップ換気回数が多過ぎると次の自発呼吸が入る前に強制換気が入ってしまいトリガー率が下がります。そのことに関連する論文が最近出ていたのでご紹介します。

Ventilator pressure and trigger data for a single patient. The upper graph shows the ventilator
pressure waveform for 6min from each epoch. The lower bar shows the triggered data as a strip,
each vertical bar representing a triggered inflation. At back-up rates (BURs) 30, 40 and 50min−1
over the complete epoch 96, 84 and 57% of inflations were triggered, respectively.
